Well, it’s that time again: Karl Kesel, David Hahn & co. have launched yet another Impossible Jones Kickstarter campaign – which, like the last one, comes right on the heels of delivering the books and rewards from the preceding campaign. In this case, it’s the fourth – and final – installment of the ‘Impossible team-ups’, this time featuring yet another new character named American A.N.G.E.L.
Although, it looks like this one is going to be a blockbuster that involves all of Imp’s supporting cast.
You can find all of the details HERE. And even though the campaign was only launched two days ago, it’s already been funded…
…and I think they’ve even managed to meet most of their stretch goals.
So you might be wondering why I even bothered to post anything, because it’s not like the campaign needs any help. Well, that’s true – and that was the case when I posted about the first Impossible team-up a few years ago. But projects like this deserve an extra shout-out regardless just because I think fun superhero comics like these need to be promoted far and wide. And – also like in that previous instance – I have an ulterior motive for spreading the word, as there’s a chance of another Even Steven bonus back-up story being added if enough pledges are collected.

If you’ve already participated in the preceding campaigns, then you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t, do yourself a favor and check the link above. And if you’re new to the whole Impossible Jones universe, some of the reward categories as you scroll down include the option of getting all of the preceding Impossible Jones books, either as PDFs (the less expensive way to go) or the hard-copy editions (obviously the more spendy variant).
By all means promote it, Edo. Also, if you don’t want to spend the big bucks on the earlier back issues from Karl directly for some reason (perhaps you want to save money on shipping?), you can tell your comics retailer to buy the Scout Comics versions.
